Become a Member of the Réseau

Show that you care about French language health services and become a member of the Réseau. It’s easy and free.

Benefits of a Membership:

  • The right to vote at the Réseau’s Annual General Meeting and eligibility to sit on the Board of Directors;
  • Regular updates on access to French language health services in Northern Ontario;
  • An opportunity to get involved in the planning of French language health services.

Individual Membership

To become an individual member of the Réseau, a person must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Be Francophone or Francophile;
  • Reside or work in Northern Ontario for at least three consecutive months;
  • Be committed to French language health services.

Corporate Membership

To be eligible for a corporate membership, an organization must:

  • Offer or plan to offer French language health services on the Réseau’s territory;
  • Belong to one of the following categories:
    • Hospitals;
    • Home and Community Care;
    • Community Mental Health and Addictions Agencies;
    • Community Health Centres;
    • Public Health Units;
    • Family Health Teams;
    • Long-term Care Facilities;
    • Postsecondary Institutions that offer healthcare programs;
    • Community Organizations;
    • Other.

Become a Corporate Member

Any corporate member shall appoint an authorized representative who speaks French and resides in Northern Ontario.
