- Join a health service provider board
- Join a health service provider’s French language services committee
- Participate in community health engagement sessions in your area
- Respond to surveys related to health services

Ways to Get Involved When Receiving Health Services
- Identify as a Francophone upon registration for a health service
- Actively use French language health services
- Fill out patient satisfaction or patient experience surveys and leave your contact information
- Communicate in writing your satisfaction or lack of satisfaction with French language health services to the organization
- File a complaint with the Office of the Ombudsman of Ontario if it is not resolved at a designated health service provider under the French Language Services Act
