Winning Strategies for Serving Francophone Clients

The Réseau du mieux-être francophone du Nord de l’Ontario has chosen, in collaboration with the Ontario Health Teams in the North, to adopt this initiative developed by the Réseau des services de santé de l’Est de l’Ontario and Kids Come First Health Team to improve access to French-language health services in the North.

What are Winning Strategies?

The initiative brings together a set of 6 actions and tools to help implement defined actions.

What is the objective?

The goal of Winning Strategies is to help all health service providers improve QUALITY and ACCESS to French-language services.

The work plan can be used by any provider looking to implement the Winning Strategies. It includes a self-assessment to be completed by the provider.
