Recommendations from the Northern Ontario Long-Term Care Homes Needs Study
This report provides an update on the recommendations from a study completed by the Réseau du mieux-être francophone du Nord de l’Ontario in 2017. Through numerous collaborations, we not only made recommendations, but also built strong partnerships, collected existing best practices, and supported homes in the development of resources and tools to provide culturally appropriate care to Francophone residents. Please know that our planning and commitment to this file is ongoing to support the Francophone population and long-term care homes in the North.
