The Réseau du mieux-être francophone du Nord de l’Ontario and it’s community partners facilitate an engagement session on primary care needs for the Francophone population in Cochrane

On December 11 and 12, 2013 the RMEFNO and it’s community partners (Association canadienne-française de l’Ontario (ACFO – Cochrane), Cochrane Community Development Corporation and the Centre de santé communautaire de Kapuskasing et région) lead community engagement sessions in Cochrane on primary care needs for the Francophone population in Cochrane. The sessions were well received and attended by the residents of Cochrane.

Community engagement will continue through an on line forum, where Cochrane residents and health service providers can submit their comments and suggestions.

The information gathered through the community engagement sessions and the online forum will inform ACFO-Cochrane, Cochrane Community Development Corporation, Centre de santé communautaire de Kapuskasing et région, North East Local Health Integration Network (NE LHIN) and the RMEFNO on how best to address primary care needs in Cochrane.

For individuals and organisations who wish to share their comments and suggestions, we encourage you to submit these through the online forum available be accessing any of the following web sites :
