The Réseau supports health service providers with new requests for Designation and Designation compliance. In order to meet the requirements and plan French Language Services, several documents must be developed by health service providers. Here are some examples the Réseau can provide:

- Letter for Designation Request
- Resolution of the board of directors approving the request for designation
- Letter of support from the community
- French Language Services Committee Terms of Reference
- Third Party Proposal Evaluation Grid which includes the evaluation of the capacity to offer French Language Services
- Other necessary elements
