The aim of this video is to show the importance of an active offer of health care services in French. An active offer will reduce or eliminate barriers to French language services by promoting equality, inclusion, and a feeling of belonging. A series of dramatization will show a variety of everyday experiences where active offer is not present and the impact this can have on the delivery of health care services. The intent is to allow health care professionals, educators, and those working in the health sector a chance to analyze the situation and work towards implementing solutions for greater access to French language health services.
