Fact Sheets – Cheat Sheet: French Language Services

The Cheat Sheet: French Language Services are fact sheets intended to provide health service providers with tools to better serve Francophone clients. The cheat sheets offer concrete tools depending on whether or not the reception or caregiving staff are fluent in French.

These resources were created as part of the Improving the Francophone Patient Experience and Access to French Language Services in Long-Term Care Homes projects.
