Videos – Experiences of Francophone Patients

As part of a project on the improvement of francophone patient experience, the Réseau met with patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals to collect experiences in order to raise awareness of the importance of French language health services. This initiative is funded by Health Canada’s Roadmap for Canada’s Official Languages 2013-2018: Education, Immigration, Communities. We wish to thank everyone who generously shared their experiences and made this project possible.
